At 21 Young Hearts, we believe that every person deserves the opportunity to learn, grow, and contribute. Our community café in Suffolk is built on that simple idea — and everything we do flows from it.
Heading 2
We’re a café with a difference. Alongside serving great food and drink to our local community, we provide meaningful work experience and supported employment opportunities for neurodivergent adults and adults with learning disabilities. For many of the people we work with, 21 Young Hearts is a place where they can build real skills, gain confidence, and be valued for exactly who they are.

We’re proud of the warm, welcoming space we’ve created — somewhere that’s good for the soul whether you’re coming in for a coffee, a bite to eat, or to be part of our team.
As we grow, we’ll be using this blog to share stories from the café, celebrate the people who make it special, and keep our community updated on everything happening at 21 Young Hearts. We’re only just getting started, and we can’t wait to share the journey with you.
Come and say hello soon.
