Summer Events Round-Up: What a Season!
From acoustic evenings to our first-ever community bake-off, this summer at 21YH has been one to remember.
Summer at 21YH is always busy — but this year took things to a new level. Between June and August we hosted seventeen events, welcomed hundreds of new visitors, and raised over £1,400 for local causes through our charity nights.
Highlights
The acoustic evening in July sold out in under 48 hours, which we weren’t expecting. Our community bake-off — inspired by a suggestion from one of our trainees — drew in entries from across Ipswich and raised smiles across the whole team. And the Sunday morning reading group has quietly become one of our most beloved regular fixtures.
Coming this autumn
We’re already planning our autumn calendar, including a community harvest lunch, a mental health awareness week series, and a new monthly creative writing night. Keep an eye on the events page — spaces fill up fast.
